Rules & Terms

The ConGregate Film Festival is seeking new narrative features and short films that have NOT yet been released (or are scheduled for release) on any PAY streaming service or DVD/BluRay prior to July 11th, 2025. If your films are ONLY available for purchase on your own website, but NOT on any other service, such as Amazon, it is eligible.

Short films available free on Youtube, Vimeo or other media services are eligible.

Submitted content must follow standard decency laws.

Dates & Deadlines

• July 24, 2024 - Opening Date
• January 1 ,2025 - Early Bird Deadline
• April 1, 2025 - Regular Deadline
• June 14, 2025 - Late Deadline
• June 22, 2025 - Notification Date
• July 11 – 13, 2025 - Event Date
